I began counseling because I love deep conversations and because I saw firsthand, through a friend in school, what happens when someone needs more help than they can find. I have spent the majority of my career working with young people and their families at the intersection of mental health and substance use. While I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with advanced training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and addiction, what that really means for you is this: I’ve spent years practicing so that time I spend with people might be as helpful as possible. Tech & Digital Wellness A significant part of my work involves helping teens and parents navigate the complexities of our digital world. We don’t just live alongside tech; we live in it. I help families move away from constant friction over screen time and toward "digital wellness"—creating intentional habits that protect mental health, foster real-world connection, and help teens build a healthy relationship with the devices in their pockets. The Logistics I do not currently accept insurance, but I believe therapy should be accessible. If affordability is a concern, please let me know. I frequently utilize the I Matter program to provide six free sessions to eligible students. Outside the Office When I’m not listening to people, I’m usually outside. Like many of us in this beautiful state, I’m at home on a bike, a trail, or a pair of skis. My favorite memories involve the slow pace of long-distance travel—specifically walking from Maine to Georgia on the AT and biking from Denver to Durango on the Colorado Trail.
